Kilkenny aim to win 14th Senior All Ireland Camogie Title

8th September 2019 Liberty Insurance Senior All Ireland Camogie Final – Kilkenny V’s Galway – Venue – Croke Park, Dublin 4.15pm Referee – Ray Kelly, Kildare
The Kilkenny Senior team will be hoping to win their 14th Senior All Ireland Title when they take on Galway in the Senior All Ireland Final in Croke Park on Sunday. The Kilkenny side had a six point win over Tipperary three weeks ago in the All Ireland Semi final 2-21 to 3-12. Galway had a one point win over three-in-a-row chasing Cork in the other Semi Final 0-14 to 1-10
The last time the sides met was in the the first round of this years Championship which Kilkenny won 1-13 to 0-14, they also met in this League Final in Croke Park where Galway won by two points, 2-8 to 0-16
The Galway forwards have scored 10-96 between them, but Kilkenny have scored an impressive 16-102 in the Championship
To date, Michelle Quilty 3-23 (13f), Denise Gaule 0-30 (16f), Anne Dalton 6-10, Katie Power 4-11 & Miriam Walsh 3-10 have been Kilkenny’s scoring threats
